Mr. Kwok joined York Joint in 2009, has over many years of experience in construction projects, currently in charge of the overall operations of the Company in Mainland China and Hong Kong.  He has strongly academic background, rich experience in the industry, and the development of international vision for the Company to provide a solid guarantee.

Mr. Kwok earned his a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structure from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Kwok is one of the youngest candidate (25 year-old) to be MICE & CEng. and  One of the youngest candidate(26 year-old)  to be Site Agent in Government Project – Category C (unlimited Contract Sum)

Over the years, Mr. Kwok has accumulated lots of  industry experience and resources in Asia. He participated in a number of large government civil engineering, including the development of the second phase of Wanchai, Hong Kong (contract amount of about 9 billion), the Central-Wan Chai Bypass project (contract amount of about 33 billion), Pillar Point sewage treatment works and (contract amount of about 1.9 billion) , Western and Wan Chai District water mains; affairs, and a number of major public transport projects, including the Sha Tin Central Link, the MTR South Island Line and other key construction projects.
